5 Apps to Help Slow Your Post Coronavirus Drinking Down

 

As we have all been officially crawling out of the COVID-induced hole we’ve been living in for the past few years, it’s probably occurred to more than a few of us that our alcohol intake may have been spiking for awhile. Only to now be entering into maskless summer hangs with even more inevitable drinking. So how do we make a plan to balance it and cut back on the days we’re not with friends celebrating summer?
